I've just watched this about eight times in a row with my eighteen month old. He loves to say the noises and words with Morrow!

That is so cute! Your dishwasher is cute too.

Our 16 month old thinks it's awesome to stare at us when we play the "say..." game, looking at us like speaking is beneath her. Her favorite talking game is to say "dada" (one of her four words) when asked to say "mama" and then laugh hysterically. I think she figures her older chatty siblings can handle the talking for her. :)

It will be fun when he starts to say Minneapolis!

I remember watching a show about the Billy Graham Assoc. It had a segment about all of the mail that the office received. He was so well known that letters with almost any kind of address arrived safely to the office. On one of the envelopes, the address was listed as:

Billy Graham
Mini Apples, Mini Soda

Very cute! I love it when our children parent the other children.

I chuckled at the comments about the boots. I can't get shoes on my youngest at all!

Molly! I'm so excited about your wonderful news. Congratulations! Hope you're feeling better soon. My morning sickness got progressively worse with each pregnancy. (At least, I *think* it did. Maybe it was just harder to keep going the more kids I had!) You know what really helped me? Watered-down lemonade. Really settled my tummy, and I wasn't sure why--then after the fact I ready that lemons are sometimes considered a natural nausea aid. Hang in there!

From one speech therapist to another, I remember those days when I was waiting for my firstborn son to start talking. He didn't really get to the one-word stage until just before 2 years. Sixteen years later we cannot get him to stop! Watching the miracle of language is sure precious.

Love watching your videos,
Liz in CA

Oh my. I'm laughing here. My six-year-old watched the video with me and was totally enthralled. And now he's building Legos and saying to himself: "Say Papa. Papa! Say Nannie. Nannie!"

Kids are remarkable learners, especially when they are learning from their older siblings. Our two-year-old is speaking in clear sentences, thanks to her big brother and big sister.
